This is still white for hotel was an absolute treasure in downtown Nashville. Proximity some of the greatest things to do downtown and surrounded by other beautiful hotels, it’s just a treat to go here every time. The rooms are outstanding and service is excellent as well. The view from our suite was absolutely terrific.

This hotel in Nashville is awesome! The staff are super nice and efficient, and they really care about making sure guests have a good time. It's clear they have great management. My room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the pillows were just right. Plus, it was so quiet – no hallway or next-door noise, which was perfect for sleeping.

Went for a corporate function with BMW. The hotel and of course Nashville were busy but we were well taken care of. The facilities and hospitality were excellent and the service and staff were top level. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Nashville.

WHAT A PHENOMENAL HOTEL AND STAFF!! Startling with our reservations made by Tod and Alyson who are ALWAYS professional, helpful, kind and efficient! I have booked groups with Tod in the past and they handled us superbly. We do several staycations during the year and you just don’t get any better than this lovely hotel and team! From the moment we arrived the valet and bellman were quick and efficient. Rausch (sp?) was our bellman and made sure we had everything we needed. He even went downstairs and trimmed my flowers so they would fit in the vase. We were greeting by Raj who was exceptionally kind and made sure we were comfortable. We were checked in promptly by Lori. Lori told us about the hotel happenings and provided a suite with a beautiful view!! We ate lunch the following day at Barlines with Ashley and Shod who were equally friendly, fun, informative and helpful. Both good and service was outstanding. With help from Alyson and Raj we were able to get a last minute reservation at Bob’s Steakhouse also located in the hotel. Bobs is ALWAYS outstanding. The best location in downtown but the staff really makes your stay over the top!!! With our deepest thanks and gratitude we say we will be back soon! Love this hotel and the phenomenal team! Like all Omni Hotels, they are never a disappointment. The Beds are extremely comfortable. The Shower was Amazing. the staff was right on top of things. great atmosphere. The Bar is nice. good drinks great service

The Omni was a truly magical place to spend our wedding weekend! We and a bunch of other guests stayed at the Omni Nashville, which was the perfect location near our wedding venue (The Cordelle), and all of our favorite local bars/music venues! While the noises of sirens are going to be difficult to escape in any big city, the accomodations were top notch, and the views of Nashville were simply beautiful.

I would like to thank Jonathan at the front desk for going above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and welcoming. I sometimes struggle with balance and pain and use a cane for assistance. Jonathan showed genuine kindness and compassion by personally helping me to my room. His professionalism and thoughtful care truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

Took my mom here to celebrate her 60th birthday and we had the best time! Everyone from the front desk to the bars, to the ladies at the Mokara spa were incredibly nice. Samantha, the Loyalty Ambassador, had a birthday care package sent up for my mom and gave us a room with a great view of Nashville! I was so grateful to everyone who helped me spoil her in any way, and everyone who worked there did just that. It was my first ever stay at an Omni hotel and certainly won't be my last.

Was in town for Nashville Supercross last week with some old friends. We stayed here and it was very nice. Rooms were good, pool deck was nice. Overall this is a nice, quiet place, seems upscale, and only a couple blocks from Broadway's action. We didn't eat at the restaurant downstairs so I can't speak to that, but highly recommend for anyone looking for step above the random mi-level hotels around

From arrival through the entire stay, everything was exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, and the overall experience—from the amenities to the atmosphere—really stood out. The Executive Corner Suite was phenomenal, and the view was such an iconic Nashville backdrop—it made the stay even more memorable. Additionally, I wanted to recognize members of the Omni team who made the experience even more memorable: Ms. Laurie & Ms. Danielle at the Front Desk The Bellhop Team Katelyn at Kitchen Notes McKenna & Cole at the Pool Bar Wakeyia & Wayne at Bob’s Ryan, Chris, & Hicks at Barlines Todd at The Pick The Mokara Spa Team The Bongo Java Team The Valet Team And last but certainly not least, the housekeeping & culinary teams. My room was immaculate, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. It really speaks to the level of care and attention your team brings to the overall guest experience. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better for Nashville highlights. It’s steps from the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, & more!
